Need a dental surgeon that specializes in children. Any body know of a good one in the area? We'd be willing to go anywhere in the greater St Louis metro area (we're in Edwardsville). We have a daughter with a cracked molar (no idea HOW she managed that). Our "family practice" dentist won't do the surgery and recommended we find a pediatric dental surgeon.
